On Saturday, February 28, 2026, the National Kungfu & Light-Sanda Championship was held in Bucharest at the Polyvalent Hall, where 30 athletes from the Craiova club WU QUAN-LI "The Force of Five Fists" managed to obtain 38 medals. Over 250 athletes from 20 clubs from Bucharest, Craiova, Sighișoara, Târgoviște, Târgu Mureș and others gathered at this competition to compete in Taolu-Kung Fu events as well as Light Sanda light-contact fighting.

The Craiova athletes, under the guidance of distinguished coach Silviu Obeanu, participated in 19 Taolu Kungfu events (12 gold, 9 silver and 6 bronze) with bare hands and specific weapons, as well as 12 fighting events (4 gold, 3 silver and 4 bronze), managing to obtain 16 national champion titles. The achievements place the club among Romania's most successful wushu organizations.

The WQL Club's record from 2005 to February 2026 includes 3,257 national medals obtained at National Championships and Romanian Cups of Martial Arts: 1,277 National Champion and Romanian Champion titles, 1,113 silver medals and 867 bronze medals. Since 2018, with the establishment of the Romanian Wushu Kung-Fu Federation, CS WQL has obtained 1,974 national medals, including 819 National Champion and Romanian Champion titles, 685 silver medals and 470 bronze medals.

At World Wushu Kung-Fu Championships, the club has earned 1 world gold medal for cadets won by Andrada Radu-Mic in 2025 at the 10th World Kungfu Championships in Emeishan, China. Additionally, the club has collected 8 world silver medals at editions 7, 9 and 10 of the World Kungfu Championships, including 2 senior medals in 2025 for Mara Obeanu and the JITI demonstration group. The club has also won 10 world bronze medals, 14 gold medals at the 2024 International Wing Chun Competition in Foshan, China, plus 43 European Championship gold titles, 51 European silver medals, and 40 European bronze medals spanning multiple years of continental competition.
