The Philippines' Angel Polo finished fifth in the women's taijiquan combined final at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games on 3 November, a result decided by one moment in the morning routine.

She answered with 9.250 in taijiquan later in the day, but her combined 18.276 was not enough to reach the podium.
