Competitors from the Wushu-Montana Sports Club won 23 individual medals and first place in team performance at the Republican Championship in Wushu, Kung Fu and Tuishou held on March 7 in Pernik, according to the club's management. The students of coach Asen Asenov competed in the technical forms of Wing Chun style and in the contact discipline "Pushing Hands," winning several championship titles.

The most successful from the Montana team was Daniel Tsvetkov, who won four gold and one silver medal in various disciplines. Vyara Georgieva also stood out with a strong performance, winning four gold medals. Ruby Nicholson added one championship title and two silver distinctions to her record. Among the medalists was Samuil Yanev, who brought gold, silver, and bronze medals for the club. Nikolay Davidkov won two bronze medals, while Raden Gotsak won silver in "Pushing Hands" (fixed step). Samuil Blagoev finished in second position in the "Biu Jee" form. The youngest competitors, Emma Konstantinova and Varvara Grakhovskaya, placed second and third respectively in the "Siu Nim Tao" and "Pushing Hands" disciplines.

The competitors from Wushu-Montana Sports Club took first place in the group performance of the "Siu Nim Tao" form. Nine clubs from Varna, Montana, Pernik, Plovdiv, Sofia, and Stara Zagora participated in the Republican Championship in Pernik.

In December 2025, the Wushu-Montana Sports Club won 18 medals from the Republican Championship in Wushu and Sanda held in Elin Pelin. In November, club competitors won five medals at the Balkan Open Wushu Games 2025 in Burgas. In April, Asen Asenov's students won the tournament for the fourth Bulgarian Cup in Wushu for children and youth held in Sofia. At the end of 2024, coach Asen Asenov won five medals at the Wing Chun championship in China, and in August 2024 he earned gold, silver, and third place in the overall classification at the World Wing Chun Championship at the South Shaolin Monastery in China.
