Ural Federal District Wushu Championship to Form Regional Team in Chelyabinsk
Chelyabinsk will host the Ural Federal District Wushu Championship and Youth Tournament on January 30 and February 1 at the UralGUFK Sports Complex. The competition will determine the Ural regional team for upcoming national competitions, according to the regional Wushu Federation.
A distinctive feature of this tournament will be a career guidance program organized by UralGUFK's Department of Theory and Methodology of Health Technologies and Eastern Physical Culture. Prospective students and athletes from across the Ural Federal District can learn about educational programs, admission requirements, and career opportunities in sports and physical education.

The department serves as a key training ground for wushu professionals in the South Urals, producing leading coaches and champions. Chelyabinsk athletes traditionally rank among the top competitors, demonstrating exceptional skill in the sport.
