National Wushu Training Brings Together Elite Practitioners in Marrakech-Safi Region
The Iskoujour covered hall in Mahamid, Marrakech, hosted a national training session in Wushu Kung Fu on Sunday, February 15, 2026, organized by the Royal Moroccan Wushu Kung Fu Federation in coordination with the Marrakech-Safi Regional Wushu League. The national training was supervised by world champion Mohamed Hamza Al-Ajhouri alongside Professor Zouriqi Youssef, who led an intensive technical session for practitioners from associations under the regional league's banner.
The event witnessed participation from an elite group of male and female athletes from various age categories in a distinctive sporting atmosphere. Participants benefited from advanced techniques in combat and self-defense, in addition to practical guidance drawn from the trainers' international experience, which contributed to raising technical readiness levels and boosting practitioners' self-confidence.
The organization of this training comes within the framework of the Marrakech-Safi Regional League's efforts to develop players' skills and elevate their technical and physical level, alongside reinforcing values of communication and teamwork among participants. The session also serves as a station for discovering and refining emerging talents in the region, in line with the federation's strategy aimed at expanding the practice base and improving the level of Wushu Kung Fu sport across various regions of the Kingdom.
